This treatment is offered in our clinics of:
Platelet rich plasma (PRP) consists of plasma with increased platelet concentration. We find an immense pool of bioactive proteins, mainly growth factors that are essential to initiate and accelerate the preparation and regeneration of tissues. These bioactive proteins initiate the healing of connective tissues and also promote the creation of new blood vessels and stimulate the healing process of the skin necessary to improve its texture, thickness, complexion and firmness.
A small amount of blood is taken from the patient. This blood is then centrifuged following a scientifically recognized method of “double spin” This process increases platelet concentration and growth factors by 500%. The treatment of PRP is to create openings in your skin with the microneedle technique (explained in question 3) and to penetrate microdrops of blood serum which will have been eliminated red blood cells and white blood cells to consolidate only those platelets. Once penetrated, platelets release very strong growth factors that act on the skin to stimulate the basal layer and produce, among other things, collagen, hyaluronic acid and elastin necessary to slow down aging.
At our Clinic we use a very advanced micro-needle technique with radiofrequency. Our intensive endymed allows you to create minimal openings in your skin to the desired depth depending on the area of the treated face. Radio Frequency, in addition to acting synergistically with the PRP to resurface your skin, helps the PRP to penetrate your skin better by preventing openings from closing too quickly.
The treatment is for anyone suffering from acne scars or just want to rejuvenate the appearance of their can. In addition patients with melasma (pregnancy mask), resistant to other modalities, benefit from this option.
Step 1- Preparation 1). Step 2- The preparation of the facial skin with local anesthesia and disinfection of the regions. Step 3- To inject. Treat the face with intensive endymed (see appendix 2). Step 4 – Introduce the PRP through the target cavities into the skin.
The treatment protocol varies from one individual to another depending on the age and severity of the problem, but it usually requires 3 monthly sessions. Then one treatment per year will be necessary to maintain and improve the result. Indeed, it is impossible to curb aging permanently, hence the importance of rigorous monitoring.
